Please bring all your usual travel and learning essentials, as well as casual clothing for activities. Don’t forget your yoga mat (as well as seat cushion and blanket if you wish), as there will be opportunities to join light exercises, meditation, and breathing sessions in the morning to start the day mindfully. Bedding will be provided, but we kindly ask everyone to bring their own towel. Additionally, feel free to bring any items that might enhance your or the group’s experience, such as research posters and musical instruments. We also plan to make the most of the lake's proximity, so packing a swimsuit is recommended.
